Welcome to the Carewell Advice Board

Carewell members have been sharing how important it is to look after your own health, as well as the person you care for.

If you're new to caring, their experiences and advice on how best to look after yourself, and cope with the demands of caring could be invaluable.

For those more experienced, please take a few minutes to share your top tips. For every tip published, Bupa will donate £1 to Carers UK.
